Our Basic Emotion Cards help children identify, express, and talk about their feelings in a gentle, child-friendly way.

They’re designed for everyday moments like daily routines, transitions, or bedtime conversations, making emotional sharing feel natural and safe.

How to use these tools

These activities are designed for children ages 3–8.
